2. The instructor/Engineer/faculty and channel expansion personnel would be interviewed by GNT on behalf of the franchisee before employment and also trained from time to time after employment by GNT.
3. Up-gradation of the courses to keep updated with the latest technologies will be GNT’s responsibility

5. Upon successful completion of the course, GNT will provide certificates from the Head Office.

d. GNT shall collate and process franchisee's Prometric and VUE test center applications on franchisee's behalf with the franchisees authorization.
e. GNT shall help in supporting, sale, voucher purchase and training of test center administrator with regards to test center upon approval by appropriate BODIES.

FRANCHISEE BUSINESS ASSOCIATES RESPONSIBILITIES

• The total Investment like Servers, Routers, Switches, Computers, Racks etc and other equipment will be the Franchisees responsibility.
• The marketing/selling of the courses in its territory will be the Franchisees responsibility.
• Setting up of the office, staff to manage and running the complete operation will be the Franchisees responsibility
• The advertisement/promotions in the local media will be the Franchisees responsibility
• The franchisees will appoint the Engineers/Faculty at their cost and send them to GNT  for training and GNT will provide the necessary training free of charge
•Franchisee shall provide pictures of the center which includes front view showing the company signage, also pictures showing the RECEPTION AND WAITING AREAS AND ALSO THE VIEW OF the street on which the franchise office is located showing the franchise office.
• franchisee shall provide copies of documents of incoporation of his/ her company for records and partnership purposes.
